Our firm was established in 2003 by Sharon Treanor as a professional real estate appraisal, advisory, and consulting firm. Since that time, the firm has been active in the preparation of narrative and form reports for a wide variety of residential properties throughout Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Staten Island.

The staff and administration are directed by Sharon Treanor, who is personally active in the preparation of each appraisal assignment. Staff members are licensed by the New York Department of State and possess strong backgrounds in real estate appraisal and valuation analysis.
